Wireless communication, bidirectional audio PNI B5500 Pro will keep you in constant contact with your child. The two units use a wireless communication technology, without affecting the WiFi frequency from your internet router. Through the microphone and loudspeaker incorporated in the two units, you can talk from the room next to your child to calm him or you can hear any whimper during the night.
Microphone sensitivity control (Hi/lo) With just one push of a button, you can adjust the sensitivity of the baby unit's microphone according to environmental conditions: - Reduced sensitivity (Low) , setting suitable for noisy environments or when the baby unit is close to the child. The child unit starts to emit when the sound reaches 60dB. - High sensitivity , setting suitable for quiet environments or when the baby unit is further away from the child. The child unit starts to emit when the sound reaches 50dB.
The night light Your child will never feel alone. Turn on or off the night light remotely from the parent unit or directly from the dedicated button on the child unit. A warm and pleasant light will induce a restful sleep.
Other functions The PNI B5500 Pro baby monitor has been improved with several functions that guarantee safety and comfort in use: the VOX function (the emission is activated only when the unit detects sound), the Pager function (you will never lose the parent unit around the house), the exit function coverage area and low battery warning function.
