Delivery information

The customer picks up the goods from the Oomipood store. Orders can be paid by bank transfer or bank link. Orders paid via bank link are processed immediately after the payment is received. For orders paid by bank transfer, payment is checked on the next working day, which may extend order processing time.

Order pickup time:

• If all ordered products are available in the selected store, the order is prepared within 24 hours (on working days it is often possible to pick it up within 1–2 hours).

• If the order includes products that are not available in the store but are available in the Oomipood main warehouse, the delivery time is 1–2 working days.

• If the order includes products that are not available in the store or main warehouse but are available in another Oomipood store, the products are first sent to the main warehouse and then to the selected store. The delivery time is 2–5 working days.

• If the order includes products located in the supplier’s warehouse, the delivery time depends on the specific supplier. The exact delivery time is shown on the product page and in the shopping cart before confirming the order.

When the order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification.

The customer can collect the parcel from the parcel locker located at Peterburi tee 90f. The Oomipood parcel locker operates 24/7. Orders are paid by bank transfer / bank link. Orders paid via bank link are processed immediately after the payment is received. For orders paid by bank transfer, payment is checked on the next working day, which may extend order processing time accordingly. The Oomipood parcel locker is replenished on working days at 12:00 and 16:30.

• If the ordered products are available in the main warehouse, the delivery time is up to 1 working day.

• If the order includes products that are not available in the main warehouse but are available in another Oomipood store, the delivery time is 1-4 working days.

• If the order includes products located in the supplier’s warehouse, the delivery time depends on the specific supplier. The exact delivery time is shown on the product page and in the shopping cart before confirming the order.

After the goods are assembled in the Oomipood main warehouse, they are placed in the parcel locker located in the store vestibule. The customer will receive an SMS with the parcel locker code (if the parcel is collected outside store opening hours, the code also opens the vestibule door).

The goods are sent to the DPD parcel machine selected by the customer. Orders are paid by bank transfer / bank link. Orders paid via bank link are processed immediately after the payment is received. For orders paid by bank transfer, payment is checked on the next working day, which may extend order processing time accordingly.

• If all ordered products are available in the main warehouse, the order is handed over to the courier company within 1-2 working days.

• If the order includes products that are not in the main warehouse but are available in an Oomipood store, the order is handed over to the courier company within 1-4 working days.

• If the order includes products located in the supplier’s warehouse, the delivery time depends on the specific supplier. The exact delivery time is shown on the product page and in the shopping cart before confirming the order.

After the order has been assembled and handed over to the courier company, the goods will arrive at the selected DPD parcel machine no later than the second working day after dispatch. The customer will receive an SMS when the parcel arrives and must pick it up within 7 days. Free shipping applies within Estonia.

The goods are shipped via SmartPost courier to the address selected by the customer. Orders are paid by bank transfer / bank link. Orders paid via bank link are processed immediately after the payment is received. For orders paid by bank transfer, payment is checked on the next working day, which may extend order processing time accordingly.

• If all ordered products are available in the main warehouse, the order is handed over to the courier company within 1-2 working days.

• If the order includes products that are not in the main warehouse but are available in an Oomipood store, the order is handed over to the courier company within 1-4 working days.

• If all ordered products are available in the main warehouse, the order is handed over to the courier company within 1–2 working days.

• If the order includes products that are not in the main warehouse but are available in an Oomipood store, the order is handed over to the courier company within 1–4 working days.

After the order has been assembled and handed over to the courier company, the goods will be delivered to the customer no later than the second working day after dispatch. The courier will contact you to agree on a delivery time. Free shipping applies within Estonia.

Wolt Drive orders are accepted on business days from 08:30 to 16:00. The delivery method is available only for products located in the main warehouse. This mode of transportation is only available in Tallinn.

The goods will be handed over to a Wolt Drive courier on the same day and delivered to the address specified by the customer (it is not possible to schedule the delivery). Payment for the order is made via online banking link.

After the order is prepared, it is handed over to the Wolt Drive courier. At the same time, a link is sent to the customer, allowing them to track the delivery in real time.

The goods will be sent to the DDP parcel terminal chosen by the customer directly from the store / main warehouse (if needed, in multiple packages). Possible payment method - 100% prepayment by bank link.

Orders placed on workdays will be delivered to the parcel machine by the next workday (if the order is placed before 14:00. For orders placed after 14:00, the delivery time may vary).

Currently, the service is only active on workdays and only for logged in customers. If the order is assembled only from the main warehouse, the delivery method has no time advantage and it is not displayed in the shopping cart.

An SMS will be sent to the customer upon arrival of the parcel and the parcel must be picked up within 7 days.
