Can I return purchased products?

If the product was purchased from our online store, the customer has the right under the law to return it within 14 days from the date of receival. Products purchased from a physical store cannot be returned. The right of return does not apply to legal entities.

Returned product

The returned product must be complete, unused, and in its original packaging. The packaging must be in good condition and undamaged (resaleable). The product may be inspected only to the extent permitted in a physical store.

Returning to the nearest Oomipood store

Please complete the return form below in advance and send the complete product together with the order number to a suitable Oomipood store. You can find Oomipood stores here.

Return via parcel locker

Please complete the return form advance and return the complete product via any parcel locker at Tallinn Järve Keskus, using the phone number 55511789. Please include the order number in the parcel.

Refunds

Returned products are sent to the main warehouse for inspection. If the products meet the conditions listed above, the refund will be issued no later than within 14 days.
