This converter is specifically designed for satellite signal distribution via a multiswitch system. It provides separate outputs for vertical low band, vertical high band, horizontal low band, and horizontal high band polarizations. Therefore, it's crucial to understand that a multiswitch is a necessary component for utilizing this LNB. Direct connection to a satellite receiver will not work. The Quatro type is a specialized LNB.
