The ML2020 manganese rechargeable lithium battery is designed to provide power to the Raspberry Pi 5 real-time clock (RTC). This ensures that the system maintains accurate time and date information even when the main power source is disconnected.
The battery comes equipped with a pre-fitted two-pin JST plug for a direct connection to the dedicated RTC battery header on the Raspberry Pi 5 board. For secure installation, an adhesive mounting pad is also included.
