Carlinkit Mini Ultra 6 lets you use phone navigation, music and calls on the car display without connecting the phone by cable each time. The car must already have factory-installed wired Apple CarPlay. The adapter converts it to wireless CarPlay or Android Auto; it does not add CarPlay to a car that lacks it.
Plug the adapter into the car USB port and pair the phone wirelessly. After initial setup it reconnects automatically. The original touchscreen, buttons and steering-wheel controls remain available.
AirPlay and Miracast allow a compatible phone screen to be mirrored on the car display. The phone must support the corresponding wireless mirroring function. Watch video and adjust the screen only while the car is stationary.
