EZVIZ RS20 Max robot vacuum and mop with an automatic cleaning station
EZVIZ RS20 Max helps keep floors free of dust, crumbs and pet hair. It combines up to 13,000 Pa of suction power with two rotating mop pads. Its automatic cleaning station empties the dustbin, refills the robot’s water tank, and washes and dries the mop pads.

Floor mopping and automatic mop washing with cleaning solution
The two rotating mop pads operate at 180 revolutions per minute and apply 10 N of pressure to the floor, helping remove everyday dirt. A separate EZVIZ cleaning solution bottle is installed in the station, which automatically adds the solution during the mop-washing cycle. This means you do not need to add cleaning solution manually for every washing cycle. Dynamic edge cleaning helps clean close to skirting boards and furniture.

Stain detection and more thorough mopping
The AI camera helps detect liquid spills and sticky stains. When stain detection is enabled, the robot increases the water flow to the mop pads in the affected area and mops it again up to three times. Stain detection and automatic re-mopping require a software update through the EZVIZ app.

Powerful suction and reduced hair tangling
Up to 13,000 Pa of suction power helps remove dirt from hard floors and carpets. The CutFree 2.0 brush system combines bristles, rubber elements and blades. The rubber elements help lift dirt from carpet fibres. During the brush-cleaning cycle at the station, the system cuts hair wrapped around the brush, reducing tangles.

Carpet cleaning tailored to your home
You can choose how to clean carpets in the EZVIZ app. In vacuum-only carpet mode, the robot returns to the station and automatically removes its mop pads before cleaning the carpet, so wet pads do not touch it. You can also enable automatic suction boost on carpets. The app lets you avoid carpets, cross them without cleaning, or vacuum and mop suitable mats, such as bathroom mats. A separate cleaning method can be set for each carpet according to its material and care instructions.

Automatic cleaning station
The station empties the robot’s dustbin into a 5-litre dust bag and refills its water tank. It washes the mop pads with 60 °C water and dries them with warm air. The station has a 5-litre clean-water tank and a 4.2-litre dirty-water tank. It also automatically removes and reinstalls the mop pads according to the cleaning task.

Cleaning tailored to your home
LiDAR, an AI camera and obstacle sensors help the robot map your home and avoid objects on the floor. When AI task automation is enabled, the robot adjusts the cleaning order and settings according to the type of room. In the EZVIZ app, you can select rooms or areas to clean, set schedules and no-go zones, and adjust suction power and water flow. The robot can vacuum and mop at the same time, or vacuum first and mop afterwards. Vacuum-only and mop-only modes are also available. You can view the robot’s live camera feed in the app.

Easier maintenance and an overview in the app
The EZVIZ app helps you keep track of maintenance by showing the estimated remaining service life of the brushes, filter and mop pads, as well as the estimated amount of cleaning solution left. You still need to refill the clean-water tank, empty and clean the dirty-water tank, and clean the robot and station regularly. Replace the cleaning solution bottle when empty, the dust bag when full, and other consumables as they wear out.
