Please note: The full adhesive force of approximately 5.2 kg is achieved only when the ferromagnetic counterpart is smooth, of sufficient thickness, and when the magnet makes direct, full-flush contact. Pot magnets can lose a significant amount of their adhesive force even at a distance of just half a millimetre from the surface. This characteristic is more pronounced in pot magnets than in other types of neodymium or ferrite magnets.
