The YIHUA 982D-I hot-tweezer soldering station is designed for soldering and removing small surface-mounted components. Its two heated tips grip the component from both sides and heat the solder joints simultaneously, making it suitable for work on resistors, capacitors and diodes, for example.
The station uses replaceable C120-series tips and offers an adjustable temperature range of 90–450 °C. Four memory presets provide quick access to frequently used temperatures. The LCD display tilts to suit the workstation, while the raised cable guide keeps excess cable away from the work area.
A built-in tip-change holder makes replacing the tips easier. The station also features temperature calibration and an adjustable automatic shutdown after sleep mode.
