AGT-047 Gel Flux from AG Termopasty is a concentrated rosin flux designed for surface mount technology (SMT) component mounting and repair.

Key Features

- RMA class concentrated rosin flux.

- Formulated with special activators allowing residues to be left on the board after soldering if process permits.

- Provides good solderability on surfaces including Silver (Ag), Copper (Cu), Gold (Au), Zinc (Zn), Cadmium (Cd), and Tin-Lead alloy (SnPb).

- Amber color.

- Density: Approximately 1.0 g/cm³ at 80°C.

- Flash Point: Above 150°C.

- Complies with ISO 9454-1 and J-STD-004 (ROMO) standards.

- Supplied in a 1.4 ml syringe for precise application.
