The ruthex soldering tip and heat-set aid set is designed for the precise and easy integration of threaded inserts into 3D-printed parts. These tips are specifically optimized for components produced by 3D printers such as Bambu Lab and Prusa. The LOE-SET-012 model serves as a direct replacement for the previous LOE-SET-011 version.
The system features a threaded adapter that allows for quick tip changes without the need to fully disassemble the soldering iron. The optimized geometry of the tips prevents surface damage to the 3D-printed material surrounding the insert, ensuring a clean finish. The adapter is compatible with 900M and T18 soldering iron standards, making it suitable for stations from brands such as Hakko, SREMTCH, LONOVO, RHAEGON, WaxRhyed, and others.
For ideal results, the recommended installation temperature is 10-15 degrees Celsius above the hotend temperature of the specific 3D printing filament being used.
