The SILVERFLO 858D-II hot air rework station is a 700W device designed for soldering and rework operations on components (such as SOIC, CHIP, QFP, PLCC, BGA, and SMD), and is also suitable for heat shrinking, drying, paint removal, and pre-heating. The brushless blower delivers smooth airflow up to 120 l/min, with an adjustable temperature range of 100°C to 480°C.

The unit features an LED digital display for monitoring temperature and a rotary knob for adjusting airflow. The hot air gun starts automatically when picked up from the holder and switches to standby mode after the heating element turns off when placed back in the holder. The station supports PID temperature control and digital temperature calibration.

The package includes 3 nozzles. Installation and replacement of nozzles must be carried out only when the tube and nozzle are cool. When using nozzles with a diameter smaller than the stock nozzles, maximum airflow and a relatively lower temperature setting must be used.
