Goobay lead-free solder wire
The 1 mm solder wire is suitable for soft soldering electronic components, circuit boards, SMD components and cables. Its Sn95.8Ag3.5Cu0.7 alloy contains 95.8% tin, 3.5% silver and 0.7% copper for good flow behaviour and a uniform soldered surface.
The wire contains a 2.5% rosin-based flux core for controlled dispensing and effective wetting. The no-clean flux, low smoke emission and halogen-free composition suit both manual and automated soldering.
