The radio motion sensor is RCR-01 a self-contained battery-operated transmitter. The sensor detects changes in thermal radiation caused by the presence or movement of an object in the range.
When motion is detected, the sensor wirelessly transmits a signal to a receiver and a group of Exta Free receivers that can control lighting or other functions in the home.
The sensor is resistant to changes in ambient temperature and thermal movements of air.
The motion sensor housing has a light sensitivity control knob to adjust the sensor during twilight.
