This adapter allows you to use a standard USB-C power supply to charge your laptop or other device that requires a specific connector and higher voltage.
The adapter intelligently adjusts the voltage according to the USB-C PD (Power Delivery) standard. If you use a 20V USB-C Power Delivery (PD) power supply (e.g., laptop charger, power bank), the adapter's output connector will provide the required 18.5-20V DC voltage.
If the USB-C power supply does not support PD3.0/PD3.1 (or other 20V protocols), the output voltage will automatically be 5V.
