TP-Link Tapo C545D is a high-performance outdoor security camera featuring a dual-lens system that combines a fixed wide-angle lens and a motorized pan/tilt telephoto lens. Both sensors provide 2K 3MP resolution, allowing for simultaneous monitoring of two separate areas to minimize blind spots. The wide-angle lens offers a 165-degree field of view, while the 6mm telephoto lens provides 3x clarity compared to standard lenses and supports up to 10.8x digital zoom.
The camera features synchronized smart tracking, where the pan/tilt lens automatically follows objects detected by the fixed lens. Users can also utilize one-tap smart focus to instantly direct the motorized lens to a specific area selected in the wide-angle view. For nighttime monitoring, smart night vision provides three modes: full-color with integrated spotlights, infrared black-and-white (up to 30 meters), and an automatic mode that switches to color upon detection.
Integrated AI detection identifies people, pets, and vehicles, sending instant notifications without subscription fees. The device supports two-way audio with noise cancellation and a 99 dB siren for active deterrence. Connectivity options include 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi 6 supported) and a physical Ethernet port for stable data transmission.
