Multiswitch OPTICUM OMS 5/8 PRO TRQ PLATINIUM
The multiswitch is designed for antenna installations of DVB-S2 satellite television and DVB-T2 terrestrial television systems. Gold-plated sockets significantly reduce signal loss at the antenna cable connection and prevent oxidation. The multiswitch automatically recognizes the type of signal to be transmitted to the tuners. The installation should include connecting the multiswitch to a satellite antenna with a diameter of at least 0.8m and a Quattro or Quad LNB, as well as a terrestrial television antenna. Separation of the satellite and terrestrial signal coming from the multiswitch is done using end-of-line subscriber sockets. The multiswitch is powered by an external power supply, which eliminates the phenomenon of increased operating temperature, a frequent cause of device damage.
