USB/Serial converter based on FTDI FT232RL. In case You need some USB cable, we can recommend our USB C cables. Module has goldpins with basic signals (TX, RX, DTS, CTS, Vcc, GND). With jumper you can select Vcc as 5V or 3.3V. You can solder additional goldpins to place module on breadboard and have access to all signals from FTDI chip.
