Compliance with WHO standards The SilverCloud MB23 electronic arm sphygmomanometer is used to measure blood pressure in the upper arm (above the elbow) and pulse. The device complies with World Health Organization (WHO) standards. The measurements are classified according to the WHO evaluation system, using a color scale. The measurement method is oscillometric which records the vibrations of the walls of an artery compressed by a pneumatic sleeve, when the blood passes, giving accuracy and reliability.
Memory 90 measurements The automatic memory function allows you to save 90 values of blood pressure, along with the date and time of their performance, giving you the security of a good evaluation when you go to the specialist.
Large screen The large LCD screen, with large characters, allows you to view easily measured indices. The screen displays the date and time, systolic / diastolic blood pressure and heart rate. The end of the measurement process is marked by an audible message.
Detection of irregular heartbeats The cuff offers the possibility of using for an arm circumference range between 22cm-36cm. The SilverCloud MB23 sphygmomanometer informs you with an animated icon when irregular heartbeats are detected.
Nice design, easy to use Activating just by pressing the on / off key and automatically starting the measurement process make this type of device a very easy to use device. 4 AA batteries are required (not included, no batteries recommended) or a 220V power supply (not included).
