The portable M.2 SSD enclosure allows you to quickly connect a compatible drive to a computer, laptop or other device via a USB-C port. It is a practical solution for transferring data, creating backups, archiving files and using an SSD as external storage. Thanks to the USB 3.1 Gen 2 standard, the enclosure offers data transfer speeds of up to 10 Gb/s, allowing you to work comfortably with documents, photos, videos and other files. The Plug & Play feature allows you to start using it straight away without having to install any additional drivers.

NVMe compatibility – what do you need to know?
Compatibility with M.2 NVMe B Key and B+M Key SSDs
The Qoltec enclosure is designed to work with M.2 NVMe PCIe SSDs with M Key and B+M Key interfaces. It allows you to connect a compatible drive as an external storage device via a USB-C port, which is ideal for transferring files, creating backups and expanding your storage capacity. Thanks to its robust construction and precise fit, your drive will operate stably and without disruption. Please note, however, that the NVMe-only slot does not support M.2 SATA drives. Before purchasing, please check not only the drive’s key type but also its interface — only NVMe PCIe drives are supported, not SATA.
