The availability of products in stores can be seen on the product page under the "Add to cart" button.
When confirming the order, you can check the "Business customer" box under the billing information, which will open the fields for entering company details. If you want to pay by invoice, select "Payment by invoice" as the payment method. An invoice will then be sent to the email address specified in the order.
If you want an e-invoice, please add a note to the notes field when placing your order. If the person paying for the order and the recipient of the goods are different, check the "Send to another address" box. This will open the fields where you can enter the recipient's details.
If the product is purchased from our online store, the customer has the right to return it within 14 days from the date of receipt, according to the law. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. The goods can be inspected to the same extent as is allowed in a physical store. Products purchased from a physical store cannot be returned.
The products must be returned to the nearest Oomipoe store or sent back to any parcel machine in Tallinn Järve Keskus, phone number 55511789. Include the order number and a short reason for the return in the package.

To log in with your ID card, first create an account using your email address and password. Then go to account settings and verify your account with your ID card. After confirmation, you can log in conveniently with your ID card in the future.
Gift cards can only be purchased in-store at Oomipoe stores. Gift cards are available in amounts of 10, 20 and 50 euros.
Unfortunately, gift cards can only be redeemed in physical stores at this time.
Yes, we also deliver orders to several countries outside of Estonia. When placing an order, you will find the option "I want to manually enter / change the address" under the address field. Then a drop-down menu will open, where you will see all the countries to which we can send orders. By selecting the appropriate country, all available delivery methods and prices will be displayed.
Yes, our online store offers installment payment options. You can split the purchase amount over a longer period with Liisi or Inbank hire purchase. After confirming your order, you’ll see the application along with your personal offer. If you prefer to pay in three equal installments with no extra fees, you can choose the Inbank Slice option.
