The MOC3020M is an optically isolated triac driver, providing a dependable interface between electronic controls and power triacs for managing resistive and inductive loads in 115 VAC operations. This device offers reliable performance by integrating a GaAs infrared emitting diode and a light-activated silicon bilateral switch, effectively functioning as a triac.
